“Prompt delivery, especially compared to more well known suppliers. I love the paper packaging. Just a note on spacing of onion sets on label would be handy. Fingers crossed for a good harvest next june!”

“They arrived in perfect condition. Box was packed out well so the bulbs were protected The bulbs are plump and solid, look great. I have been notified of the delivery by my postman who ensured he carried out the instructions fully. This is my first order from Carbeth plants. So far so good.”

“Ordered garlic bulbs to grow which certainly look healthy. My order was dispatched promptly and received 2 days later Best of all the delivery was free I'd looked at other suppliers who were asking a lot of money to put garlic bulbs in the post so really pleased with Carbeth Plants. Thank you”

“I bought a Agapanthus plant ,it came within 4 days and it was free delivery WOW I was pleased about that usually delivery costs put me off buying online,plant arrived in good condition and will use this site again in the future.”

“Not sure of the viability of the plants yet as they are in the dormant stage. The same with the garlic bulbs. However, neither the plants or the garlic had labels attached. Without labels (or growing tips) how are we meant to differentiate between current and blueberry plants or between one garlic variety and another. There is also no way of knowing what variety of plants have been dispatched. Not an auspicious start.”

“Money taken but no order acknowledgement. Unable to speak to anyone on the phone or response to my email. However a delivery was attempted while I was out. Re delivery arranged but the plant received was labelled ‘cheese plant’ instead of the diamond anniversary rose ordered as a gift. No offer of a refund unless I arrange and pay to return. Awful customer service.”
