“Item never arrived even though 48 hr track, when queried was given automatic refund, when checking on Web site it was because they didn't have any. Not impressed.”

“The plants I ordered arrived promptly though they were squashed into a very small box with little packing. The plants had already flowered and looked rather dehydrated and blackened; there was a large slug in one pot, which I feel could have been removed before sending. No doubt the plants will recover in time for next season; but I was a little dismayed by their condition on arrival, which will make me think twice before ordering again.”

“It did look like it had been a lovely plant but it didn’t seem to survive postage. I thought it had just wilted and needed watering and some feed, but a couple of stems were withered and didn’t revive, the last remaining stem is still a bit limp and I’m not sure it will come back.”

“My strawberry plants arrived promptly, in good condition and already showing some strawberries - which saly the pigeons ate. All the plants look strong and healthy and I look forward to having a good crop in due course so I am very happy with my purchase..”

“Pleased with service but very hesitant as a complete novice as to which way up/sideways to plant the rhubard crowns. Took me an age looking up books etc to find out how. May i suggest you put a spray of paint or a small stick or something to mark top with some further instructions.”

“The order process was easy, and I was kept well informed via email . My order arrived very quickly, which was great. The plant was packaged well and was in good condition. It just needed watering. The only slight issue was the colour of the bow used for wrapping, which was green rather than the expected gold as the picture on the website showed.”
