“I went out to go shopping in my wife's Mini Cooper S when I opened the door there was a loud bang/twang from the front wheel area. When I investigated the front drivers side spring had broken. Luckily it was at home parked on the drive and I could still manoeuvre it into the garage to repair it. If this had happened elsewhere it would have needed recovery as the car wasn't driveable. I went on line and checked the prices of quality, known brand springs and settled on a pair of Sachs replacement springs. It is always recommended to change springs in pairs, some garages do not do this. The Sachs springs from Carpart4less were slightly cheaper than other well known suppliers of the Sachs items when the various discount codes were applied. The springs turned up on time as promised and I removed and replaced the springs with no issues. I was very pleased with the quality of the springs on offer at Carparts4less, the competitive pricing and the delivery options.”

“Well, after 4 failed attempts to buy my parts with the order being cancelled 4 times as "my payment had failed" (speak to your bank etc etc), it eventually went through on the 5th time after they corrected the checkout error which was miscalculating surcharges (taking them off and adding them back on eg effectively no surcharge). So as a result they were pre-authing £250 and trying to take £350 to dispatch which would fail. No apology though and I still have over £500 sitting as pre-auth on my Paypal account and another £250 on my barclaycard and probably £250 on my bank but that does show pre-auths by the looks of things. Perhaps someone could sort this urgently? You get one star though as I finally managed to return the order that I cancelled in June and you delivered and charged me anyway. Email and phone response is almostly timely these days although no-one phoned me to tell me my orders were being cancelled and when i requested a phone call to discuss it was point blankly refused. Oh and the calipers are silver rather than black with raised lettering as per the pictures but i will get over that.”

“Great prices. Annoyed that my order was sent in 2 parts. Big box with 5litres of oil with a filter, padded out with giant bubble wrap. Other part, 2 halogen bulbs with 4 spark plugs. All nicely thrown in an A4 sized jiffy bag. Opened bag, plugs and bulbs rattling around out of boxes. Customer services were great, resending bulbs out. Could have saved trouble and postage by using same box 👍”
