“Wanted a performance air filter for son's Toyota GT86. Seemed best price I could get one from was Carparts4less for a K&N replacement Element. Ordered online and paid £1.99 to click and collect from my local Eurocarparts in Grantham. Got a text telling me it was there, called in and picked it up easy enough, invoice waiting with the filter. FItted in next to no time. Filter is good, gives an increase in throttle response, and a bit more noise. Extra performance is felt above 5000k rpm, revs more freely. Son is happy with the purchase.”

“I ordered an ac condenser which was manufactured by Hella and advertised as including a drier. The one which was delivered was manufactured by Man Zai and didnt include a drier.I returned the item to my local store and another one arranged to be sent out. This one was manufactured by Delphi and again didnt include a drier. Again returned this to my local store and they said they could get one manufactured by Hella the following day. When I went to collect it again it was manufactured by Delphi and there was no drier and told there would be a seperate charge for it. To their credit the people I have spoken to about this issue have been polite and helpful but I dont understand why an item being advertised as being manufactured by one company is different to the one which arrives. I didnt see anywhere that it may be different to the one advertised. Needless to say I decided to keep the Delphi unit as was going around in circles trying to resolve it.”

“Ordered front brake pads and brake discs for my car. When delivered all boxes found to be torn open, front brake pads oily with oily fingerprints inside and out of torn box. Brake disc box looked like it had been thrown out of a second story window so sent it all back via DPD courier. Second delivery found the front brake pads were incorrect (to small) looked like rear not front ones so had to purchase front brake pads from your competitors. I have to send these back by post now!! Overall I feel let down by your poor customer service and parts in poor condition. If I'm paying for new I expect NEW PARTS!”
