“I have not used the product yet as I wast to speak to someone about application but every time I phone , no answer , no one available So the product just sits there for now If you advertise that help as always available try to be available”

“product yet to arrive. perhaps this company like others do not realise that royal mail now known as Royal fail following privatisation in 2016. CPW should consider an alternative delivery company in this climate?”

“Not quite the right shade of paint. I have given the paint code on the car but the paint received is a slightly darker shade than the car paint.”

“The paint colour is a very good match, but I am struggling to apply the paint evenly with the brushes provided in the paint pots. I am wondering whether some kind of spray applicator would have been better on this occasion.”

“Colour is darker than colour of car, put 2 base coats on thinly, 1/2 hour in-between coats then put lacquer on after 1 hour.”

“Did contact me about colour match being difficult on my Peugeot 2008 which I was happy to try but when it turned up colour match nothing like also the brush that came with lacquer unusable”

“Despite sending my colour code and make of the car, the paint that arrived was a different shade of red which is now quite noticeable. I brought the paint to sort out some minor peeling on my car. It has done the job and for the price it was ok, just would have been better if it was the correct colour.”
