“Ordered paint which should have been delivered within 3 days as paid for. After numerous phone calls and emails without response eventually paint arrived approx 4 weeks after order.”

“I gave up using the touch up paint as I found it runny and it easily peeled off ,I'm not sure if it was water based or not but I prefer paint that smells like paint and stays on”

“I am very disappointed with the paint colour match, the difference is night and day, a country mile apart. The mix you sent is a much lighter blue to be an Indigo shade. I am unable to send pictures to you, as your e-mail doesn't appear to accept them, when I try to upload, a message appears telling me that there is a problem, and proceeds to freeze my computer. Suggestions please as to how rectify the situation?”

“filled up deep scratch with filler. primed filling with grey primer, gave it three coats of touch up paint, code hhp emerald green fire, more blue than green and did not have any sparkle stuff in it .”

“I tried to use the touch up paints I ordered from you yesterday - one of the paints was for an alloy wheel repair - (Volvo Mefitis wheels) - the colour does not match - it is lighter than the grey on the wheels. I also ordered Daytona Grey for my Audi TT, when I opened the pot not only had the brush come off the lid - the paint had a distinct green tone & clearly not a match for Daytona grey. Given the cost of these paints I expected better than this - I will be sending both products back to you.”
