“Easy and prompt pick-up, full-to-full fuel policy, friendly and helpful staff, good price and pick-up direct from airport. Good choice of cars and ours (Fiat Panda) was great for what we wanted. Slightly underpowered but OK. We got separate excess cover beforehand and that worked quite well (although we didn't need to use it).”

Problem came with agents in Faro, Masterkings, who, on this occasion needed to impound 1250 euros before allowing hire + 20 euros for toll roads, even though I explained that I had not and did not intend using toll roads. Put a bit of a dampener on the trip from minute one.”
