“I submitted my order all the way through payment - it looked like the payment was accepted. I did not get an order confirmation email but instead a check your shopping cart email. I placed the order again - hopefully the order does is not duplicated.”

“not sure I will order here again. Easy to order the product but shipping is quite expensive and I can even deal with that but it’s going to take over 2 1/2 weeks to get item. That seems a little excessive.”

“I saw free shipping and a sale advertised on your site: "Get canvas up to 90% off, 30% off all frames, and free shipping on all sizes." I created three items and started to check out when I noticed there was going to be a shipping charge. I used the "contact us" tab to try and fix the problem and was told, "We may be able to have the promotion added for the shipping but you would have to give us a call at 1-844-288-2355 and a representative will assist you with adding the promotion." So I called and after waiting on hold for well over 5 minutes, finally spoke with a representative. It wasn't anything I could do on my end - she had to access my shopping cart and then said I was getting a different promotion of up to 93% off, that they were different. Had to hold again. She was able to apply the free shipping from her end, and said there were multiple promotions that caused the issue and that I had gotten a different promotion. Thirty minutes later I did complete my order with free shipping, but only after the implication that she was doing me a favor by giving me free shipping. Huh? I gotta tell ya, I don't think I'll be a returning customer because I don't like feeling like someone's trying to scam me and I don't like wasting my time.”
