“I got a message saying my order hadn’t gone through from earlier in the week. I used my Apple Pay, and because the transaction isn’t showing, I reordered them. I’m hoping this didn’t get mixed up some how, and I get a double order Please check before making these. Thanks, Linda”

“Received order. Heads are chopped off. Called customer service. They don't look at the pictures when printing. Tells me unless I also pay for the view pro that this may happen. After placing order I was supposed to have called to make sure pictures transferred correctly. Who knew?! They did offer to reprint pictures but I would have to pay for shipping. Already paid $30 for shipping not paying extra. I didn't make the error, they did. Pictures that were usable were great quality. Won't shop here again. Very disappointed.”

“I'm trying to cash in on the free 11x14 offer. It was too painful and I went ahead and just went ahead and paid for the whole thing. I expect it by Christmas per the shipping date I paid for.”

“I was unable to ship this to my sister in 8 Shears Road, Stanhope, NJ as a Christmas present. Now, I will wait until It Arrives to me THEN I will pay Again for shipping to the correct address because it says Payment Address was mine And Shipping Address my sister, but it didn't register. I believe it security. In that case don't put it as an option”
