“First time ordering from them paid for my order through PayPal. I ordered it a couple months ago still have not received it and they can’t even find an order record suppose to get back with me that was 2 weeks ago I lost money will not recommend them.”

“Was using a different server and it would kick me out and charge my card when I didn't order yet. Didn't let me download pictures very well. didn't let me position picture how I would like on the canvas. price was great, I hope the quality turns out great as well.”

“I have a coupon for a free 16x20. However I never saw a place to put the code for a free picture. The code was thxfree. So when I checked out it charged me for the picture. I was thinking it may be at the end of checkout.”

“I never write reviews, but I had to make sure that potential customers are aware of the unseen when ordering from this company. I placed an order of $1300 in canvas prints. The next day I noticed that the shipping address were incorrect. I contacted their award winning customer support who informed me that I have to pay a 20% wastage fee to change the shipping address. BTW the order was not shipped at the time of my call. I would not call this award winning customer service... very disappointed with this company's customer service.”
