“first of yall sent my first order with a blue line down it. that got resolved after 3 days of hold and talking to 3 different people. now my next order is not here and i told yall i had to have them here today due to thats the time we are doing christmas. then i call to find out everyone is off of work there enjoying Christmas while im sitting here upset mad and depressed because i have no gifts to give. the yall want to charge a outrageous shipping charges for what? they didnt get here on time. i am so disgusted with the type of business yall do. I spent right at a thousand dollars on canvas for christmas and you care so little about your customers its just down right ridiculous.. sincerely Donna kroll”

“I had to reorder after thinking that I was getting multiple items at a great price, after I had spent a good deal of money on another order. Really upsetting! “Between this site and Easycanvasprints, I’ve created and purchased at least 30 canvas prints and I loved every one of them. Within the past three weeks alone, I’ve created and purchased 12 prints. I receive emails with different offers every few days, which is great. I receive marketing emails and have seen them on social media, advertising FREE shipping on ALL canvas prints. I’m sure you’ve seen them as well. I wanted to create a print of my dog. I couldn’t get it to fit on any of the pre-determined sizes, so I had to create a custom sized print. When I began the checkout process, it was showing a shipping charge of $67. I attempted to recreate the print multiple times and resubmit it, but each time, I was still being charged for shipping. I searched the website and every email I received and it says nothing about custom prints being excluded. I called their call center twice and chatted with an agent a third time. All three times they told me free shipping is not included on custom prints. I explained they’re promoting free shipping on all, not some. I asked the agents where it states that on their website or anywhere else in an email. I was told it’s not shown anywhere. I’m sure nothing will be done to honor what they’re advertising. I’m very disappointed that they’re knowingly sending out promotions that they have no intention of honoring. In the grand scheme of things, even though they received money for over 30 prints from me, to them, it’s just a drop in the bucket. I referred six friends to those, and all have started making purchases. They lost me as a customer and I know my friends will no longer purchase from this site. If theyre listed with better business bureau, I will be filing a complaint for deceptive business practices and false advertisement.”
