“I initially attempted to contact Canvas on the Cheap via their customer service number which is on the website several times without success, because the automated system did not recognize my sections to the prompts, which was very frustrating. So, I had to ask my question via email. To my surprise, my email was answered in a very timely manner with the solution to my question. I was very impressed.”

“Your website is a bit confusing. Where is there a place to sign in so it stores my information for future orders? Also, I am tax exempt, buying for my business to resell. I was told there was an area to put in my tax id information and upload my certificate, but I don't see that anywhere? Thanks!”
