“Bought ZBrush Perpetual 2023 from them (through the vfxsoftwaredirect portal) and it went super smoothly. Got confirmation from them within 3 days it was added, but as I was checking my account I noticed it actually got done within 2 so I managed to use it even earlier. The whole process seems to be tied to the email you make the transaction with though - thankfully both my Maxon account and the one I bought the license from CADSoftwareDirect were the same. If you have different email addresses it may be worth double checking with support first, otherwise as straightforward as it can be.”
