“Beanie was far too small for the recipients head- returned as requested. Tracked delivery of return and it was received by Burrows and Hare on 2 Jan. However still no refund received to date on 6 Jan- not impressed.”
“I was disappointed to find that the returns policy of only 14 days applied even for goods purchased during the black Friday sale, most commonly for Christmas gifts. The trousers I got in November don’t fit the recipient but it’s now too late to return them, forcing me to seek ways to resell them for much less than the hefty price I paid. Will not be purchasing again.”
