“Burroughs and Hare are very good, unfortunately they use Royal Mail as a carrier. Royal Mail are the worst carrier and my parcel got lost in their “system”??? And so I never received my order, Burroughs and Hare refunded the order but I would advise them to use a different carrier who are more user friendly.”

I was phoned by a very helpful lady, who explained the situation and asked if i would like the top in a different size, i said yes and my parcel was delivered the next day. I love your Escentric range of eau de colognes but came in a few weeks ago and you had run out of 02 so was recommended to try M+Iris instead . Not for me . It would be good if you had a regular stock of the Escentric products so I don’t have to go elsewhere which I did . Otherwise great service”
