“Not sure what items I required, Dianne offered a refund so I ordered different types with the intent to return some. Attempted to ring (with promises to ring back) and email (no replies) so still have items to return but no way of doing it. POOR.”

“I am discussed at the fact I now have to pay an additional cost to get arms for an office chair that I bought that is sold with an image of ARMS ! This is false advertising and although Gerry was very apologetic and helpful over the phone, this doesn't make up for the fact that I now have an additional cost to pay for the product.”

Hi Krzysztof, We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately we cannot give exact times on when goods will be delivered as we use a courier service for our deliveries. Apologies once again.

“When I placed my on-line order for key fobs there was a free offer of sellotape and dispenser on the website. When I phoned to query where the Sellotape & Dispenser were I was simply told it was obviously and error and that I should have realised this. I declined to place an order with the lady in question and told her I would take my business elsewhere - she was not perturbed!”
