“Fast dispatch and delivery. However there was too much packed into one envelope. By the time it arrived to my address, the toothpaste had torn through the envelope and very nearly escaped through the hole. I was very surprised everything was still there.”
“I thought great applemint toothpaste for older kids 3+. Bought 4 and so disappointed as it is not the same taste so my two kids got so upset as not the same. They said it is too minty and taste is different. Did not like it! So hard to find toothpaste my kids would like ever since they have been using brush baby applemint tooth paste 0-3 years.”

Unfortunately it was our first time ordering via BrushBaby and we receive the wrong x3 pack, which we cannot substitute as for a different age range. I have contacted customer services but no response. Appreciate it is a busy period but it has been over a week.”
