“Everything looked okay, until I tried placing the brush baby on my finger. I just couldn’t get the hold of it one handed, I thought it would be like a pocket to slip the finger into.
Then when I tried cleaning my baby’s gums etc. The wrap kept coming loose.
Will re try in a few days and change my approach. To buy a little out of our price range for something that you only use once.”
“Very expensive for brush heads that only seem to last a few days before being totally worn out. Not sustainable for us to keep using these products - too much waste and expense. The brush itself is nice and my son likes it but I just can’t fathom the wear rate on the heads. I would need a new one every 3-4 days.”
“Love the products but after placing my order I had no communication as to when it would be delivered. No estimated delivery date on the original order and no email to confirm dispatch. It took 8 days to arrive which I wouldn’t have minded if I had been kept updated on the progress of the order.”
