“This product says 0-10. It is more like baby’s first toothbrush. The brush is too soft for older children. The head doesn’t oscillate and just vibrates. Not impressed. Will have to replace it with another one which is an expensive mistake.”
“Product lights flash but brush does not vibrate or move at all. Have sent a couple of emails to Brush Baby first asking them to advise next steps. Then to request a refund. No response to those emails but then a request for a review earlier today.”
