“I called Shaun asking for a price on a power tool, that day he called back with a price I was happy with and the tool was delivered to site a day later. Couldn’t ask for much more!”

“The sales staff are wonderfully knowledgeable, spend time with you and are very friendly. The selection of tools they have is amazing. I have only given 2 stars though due to the costs of their tools. I recently wanted to by a 300mm extension bar for an impact driver from Milwaukee. With VAT at Brighton Tools and Fixings it came to just over £21. I found the same one on Amazon through a 3rd party seller who was a tool shop in their own right for £10 with free delivery. An £11 mark up is just too much for me and I was a little disappointed that the price difference was so great. Having checked elsewhere on line the ball park price was around the £10 mark. This has made me think twice about using your store.”

“Staff are knowledgable and relatively friendly. As with most trade counters there is an air of aloofness but then dealing with builders all day hardly surprising. Quality advice always given and shall use again and again.”

“Purchased Makita cordless tools pack 11 years ago. After a few years the batteries all died and BTAF got them all changed for me despite being out of the warranty period as Makita accepted a fault in the original design. Now 11 years on I have encountered issues on a site and BTAF have still been happy to provide support and even dug out my original invoice for me. Not bad for tools purchased over 11 years ago! You wouldn't get that on eBay!”
