“They were great - helpful, informative and quick to respond. Their price was not quite the cheapest on the market but their reviews and testimonials seemed genuine, unlike their rivals'. The order was processed quickly, however Parcelforce let them down as they failed to find my address twice before another driver who knew the area took over, so the next day delivery became three days' time. I'm happy with the product so far but haven't used it much yet so time will tell. I've registered the tools and batteries as Milwaukee offer an extended warranty if you do that.”

“Staff are knowledgable and relatively friendly. As with most trade counters there is an air of aloofness but then dealing with builders all day hardly surprising. Quality advice always given and shall use again and again.”

“Our rep is spot on. Sometimes the deals online aren’t correctly priced. But the service from the staff is great. We use Brighton tools for most of our tools and fixings.”

“Great service and quick delivery. Would have been 5* if I didn’t have to go to the post office and pick it up. Safe place would be a handy option for trades.”
