“Purchased a telescopic ladder from them but unfortunately when they arrived they were incorrect I informed them via email the same day (Friday) and by the following Wednesday Andy had organised the replacement and arranged collection of the incorrect ones. The service I have to say was outstanding and I would definitely use them again.”

“I was having a problem trying to get a Hedditch hinge untill I found Brighton tools. The hinge I want was canted out and soft close. It was easy to find on their website 5and the bathroom cupboard no longer bangs shut.”
