“Purchased a telescopic ladder from them but unfortunately when they arrived they were incorrect I informed them via email the same day (Friday) and by the following Wednesday Andy had organised the replacement and arranged collection of the incorrect ones. The service I have to say was outstanding and I would definitely use them again.”
