“Item received was straw like and nothing like the picture on the website. Photo attached. Ignored emails but responded to a PayPal intervention who think the item delivered matches the description are -you decide if the pictures match. There are other, better hay suppliers out there.”
“Very soft and straw like. My Guinea pigs wouldn’t touch it which is unusual for them and I’ve had to order my normal hay. Might work for animals less used to high quality bright green hay”
