Would have been 5 stars, but original delivery was a little low on weight, and also missing the free 'taster' offer; as a result, both large boxes were opened trying to find it, meaning there will be a degree of degradation before it's all used up. However, Sean immediately apologized and rectified, with top-up hay and tasters delivered a couple of days later. Can't fault the customer service.”
