Would have been 5 stars, but original delivery was a little low on weight, and also missing the free 'taster' offer; as a result, both large boxes were opened trying to find it, meaning there will be a degree of degradation before it's all used up. However, Sean immediately apologized and rectified, with top-up hay and tasters delivered a couple of days later. Can't fault the customer service.”
“Great service. Massive box. The rabbits dived headb first right in. The savings over the year via supermarket will be noticeable and for more likely a better product. The ability to stop a week as well is handy as we started off ordering too much so we amended amout and paused for a week.”
