“When my usual bay supplier ran out of the hay my piggies and foster piggies like and eat I decided to try Box of Hays soft Timothy Hay. I was quite apprehensive about scratchy, poky hay but I was so wrong. The soft Timothy shay is not like that and has nice green bits to it. All my 6 piggies and 4 rabbits love it and eat it, it’s reasonably priced and the subscription comes every week. Very pleased”
“Have tried a few of the hay delivery services and this is now my favourite. Great quality hay, great prices, don't make you spend more than the largest hay option for free delivery (like other companies do) and it seems to last longer as the boxes are always well filled. “We are really disappointed with the quality of the hay. We have ordered Timothy hay from a different company before and the difference is remarkable. The hay is soft and brown compared to how Timothy hay should be stalky, green and coarse. We were hoping to swap and take out a subscription but unfortunately that won't be the case

“We love Box Full of Hay mixed blend timothy. It's a manageable sized box at 2kg and I have to top the hay rack up twice a day minimum and Honey and Blue jump into the Box to munch as as they can before the Box disappears again. It's dust free, evidently tasty, good price, quick delivery.”

“I purchased the blend hay box and unfortunately was very disappointed when I opened my boxes. The hay is more of a soft blend which isn’t ideal for my chinchillas to gnaw their teeth down. I’ve also found multiple chunks of soil mixed in as well as random bits of different coloured leaves. My chinchillas don’t seem bothered in this hay at all, they tend to just throw it on the floor. I really hate to have to leave a bad review as I do my very best to support small businesses as much as possible but unfortunately, I am very unhappy with my hay boxes that I received and won’t be buying again.”
