“My brother hired skip 3-4 weeks ago to clear parents bungalow. When delivering the skip the lorry driver hit my car parked on the roadside but said nothing and parked lorry up alongside pavement and then rang my brother to ask for me to move my car as he felt there was not enough room to swing lorry around to back into drive. It was not until he had gone and I turned the car around that I noticed it where he had caught the back end of the car and damaged panel over the wheel and left lots of bad scratches. I contacted company over 3 weeks ago and reported it and have had absolutely no response. The skip was even dropped off wrong way around so could not use door in skip at all. Disgusted with driver for not owning up to his mistake and the company for not bothering to respond to my complaint. Would not recommend using this company.”

“Booking another skip was necessary for me to finish the project. Unfortunately, I was delayed by the worker who had to finish the job, and by speaking with the skip team, they helped me find a solution. Once again, great service and great support from the skip team.”

“What a helpful and friendly crew.....I am a very happy customer. Lewis was helpful and friendly on the phone, as was Simon and the lorry driver was also pleasant and accommodating. The cost of the skip was reasonable and the delivery and booking of pick-up went without a hitch. Thank you so much, I will be a returning customer”

“I have contacted this company numerous times to collect their skip. Each time they have said that they will collect, but they never do. I DO NOT TRUST THIS SKIP HIRE COMPANY. MY BUILDER HIRED THIS COMPANY AND I FIRED MY BUILDER”

“As far as I am concerned this company is the BEE'S KNEES the office staff are very courteous and very knowledgeable on their product and offer the right product at the right price. Now the driver that I had Sean wow talk about helpfulness he went that extra mile and more NOTHING was to much for him. I will recommend this company to all and sundry who needs things cleared. We'll done BOURNE SKIP HIRE, your a DIAMOND of a company.”

“Excellent service wouldn’t get a skip from anywhere else. Didn’t manage to get our skip filled within the 7 days we had it for and after having a chat with them they extended it for another 7 days at no extra cost. Perfect service in these difficult times.”

“I RECEIVED TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER SIMON HE IS RUDE AND PATRONISING AND NO MANAGEMENT SKILLS, I HAD AN ITEM TAKEN WITH MY RUBBISH COLLECTION WHICH SHOULDN’T OF BEEN TAKEN SO I WENT TO OFFICE TO TRY AND RETRIEVE IT AND WAS ADVISED THAT IT WOULD OF BEEN CRUSHED, UNDERSTANDABLY I WAS VERY ANGRY BY THIS BUT INSTEAD OF THE MANAGER BEING PROFESSIONAL AND DEALING WITH MY COMPLAINT IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND SHOWING EMPATHY HE TOOK GREAT PLEASURE IN BELITTLING ME AND SPEAKING TO ME IN AN ABRUPT MANOR BLAMING ME FOR ITEM GOING MISSING FUELLING MY ANGER EVEN MORE, THEN A FEW DAYS LATER AN EMPLOYEE WAS BELITTLING ME ON FACEBOOK SO BASICALLY I WOULD NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY HAVE NEVER EVEN OFFERED TO REPLACE MY ITEM THATS WORTH £100”

“Emailed them in February with a request, they failed to respond. I followed the email up with a phone call, they again failed to get back to me. I emailed to complain about their lack of response, again not even the courtesy of a reply. Got my job done by someone else. Would not recommend at all.”

“I’ve had quite a few skips off BSH now since moving into my property which was an ex-rented property with a fair bit of junk and clutter left behind. The garden is fairly large and was overgrown when I first moved so there has been a lot of garden waste to get rid of. I can highly recommend BSH, as others have said, as their customer service is first rate and nothing is to much bother for them.”

“Friendly helpful driver arrived on Monday nice and early, placed skip exactly where I wanted it. Told me I could call to arrange early, or delayed pick up. I called on the Friday to say we would be finished with it at the weekend. Picked it up Monday morning so quietly I did not even realise he had been! !st class service. Telephone support, emails and all communication is excellent. Thank you.”
