“No transparency in fees. The attorney made omisions and errors in the initial filing and we ended up haging to pay for them.”

To clarify, the logo submitted with the application was the same file we received from you, including the "TM" designation. When the USPTO requested a revised version without it, our U.S. attorney prepared and filed the corrected image, which resulted in an additional attorney fee.
