I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience working with Bonamark (Bonamark.com). I strongly advise against using their services. Successful trademark registrations with them seem to happen more by accident than by competence. Their managers are shockingly unprofessional and constantly changing. They are incapable of correctly selecting trademark classes and clearly lack even basic knowledge in their field. Worse still, they take no responsibility for their mistakes. Even their paid analysis is completely useless — they simply don’t know how to do it properly. I used their services several times due to the low cost, and in two out of four cases, the registration failed entirely because of their incompetence. Is that really worth my time and nerves? In hindsight, I should have spent a little more and worked with a company that actually has professionals — people who know what they’re doing and who take accountability when things go wrong.

Very bad and fraud police! On the web site they write 100% warranty if the procedure do not produce effect but they never refound people. They police is to ask much money again every time the process was apparently stopped, in reality they do not integrate the documentation to the Prepost Offices. I ask refund and they chief says: "The warranty is not included, it is a separate service" when in fact it had been indicated by the call centre and the person in charge.

You contacted us to file trademarks for your business, which we did, and your marks were timely filed according to your instructions. If you carefully read the terms of the Money-Back Guarantee, you will notice that there are clear conditions you must meet to get the guarantee. - Firstly, it's for the cases when there is an objection due to a similar mark. Your marks were not objected to due to similar trademarks. - Secondly, you should have ordered an Extensive Study so we could check if your mark is unique. You decided against ordering the Study, though it was offered to you by a consultant. - Thirdly, the guarantee does not cover the USA. These conditions are clearly stated on the mentioned web-page. Even if you have ordered the Study, the issue with your brand in the USA was that you failed to provide acceptable evidence of use in the USA. We always put maximum effort into helping our clients and did our best to help you with this. However, despite our best efforts, you did not provide a valid Specimen of Use and allowed the mark to be abandoned. A similar situation happened in Canada, where the Office issued a poorly grounded objection due to the descriptiveness nature of your mark. Sometimes, this happens, and we were confident that our attorney could overcome the objection. We were happy to help you with the response and even offered to waive all our fees and most of our attorney's fees. However, you decided not to defend the mark. We believe that your decisions have led to the unfortunate consequences. We were ready to act and confident we could have saved your trademarks. We understand that losing the cases made you frustrated and disappointed. At the same time, our investigation of the case showed no mistakes on our part, no missed deadlines, and no empty promises. We acknowledge your negative review and believe that it was caused by the fact that the communication was not in your native language, which resulted in you misunderstanding the situation, our terms, and governmental requirements. Our objective is and always was to make clients happy. In the current case, we did our best to ensure your marks would be registered, and with your cooperation, we could have done this.

recived good service at first but after almost a year i didn't received my certificate, they claim to send it the 1st time (no proof of shipment was supplied to me) and received it back dirty and stained, they sent it the 2nd time via Ukraine mail!? but this package which i was able to track was sent back to the sender, now they ask me to pay extra 25$ + 7$ for getting my certificate, which it their responsibility and not mine,

Dear Moshe, Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you did not receive the certificate. I asked the team to look into this and here is what happened: 1. The original certificate was sent to you on April 2019. It was delivered to Thailand, however, then it was badly damaged and returned back to us. 2. We requested a new original certified copy for you, paying US$25 in official fees and sent it to you. All fees were paid by us. 3. The second certificate was delivered to Thailand, however, it wasn't delivered to your address (the Post Office stated that the address was incorrect) and was lost on its way back. 4. You requested a new copy of the certificate. Since this is the third copy you requested we asked to pay the government commission, which is US$25. Our filing fees include only ONE copy of the certificate. 5. Since a letter was not delivered to your address 2 times in a row, we recommended that you order courier delivery. Please check with your manager if your mailing address is correct. I would like to mention that your trademark is duly protected and registered, the original certificate is not required to confirm your ownership.
6 days but can not file the application. Send the confirmation many time.

I understand how it feels to wait for something for too long and it doesn't have to take 6 days for a trademark to be filed. I take this case very seriously and investigated the matter. Not because this is our only negative review in 3 years, the main reason is that we want to make sure that our clients are satisfied with our services. First of all, I noticed that your payment has been sent via bank transfer to our bank account on September 11, 2019. It may take up to 3-4 business days for an overseas transfer to be received by our bank. Our bank confirmed receipt of this payment only on September 16, 2019. After this, your application was immediately prepared for filing and sent to our attorney. It may take up to 3 days to file your trademark in Canada, however, we will expedite this case. I apologize for this delay. Next time we will proceed with submitting your trademarks right after receiving a transfer confirmation from you. Best regards, Vladimir Isaeff
