To clarify, the logo submitted with the application was the same file we received from you, including the "TM" designation. When the USPTO requested a revised version without it, our U.S. attorney prepared and filed the corrected image, which resulted in an additional attorney fee. We understand that this was unexpected, even though it reflected work required after the USPTO's request. We value our clients far more than a single fee.
