Hey Russ, I'm sorry to hear that your parcel has not yet arrived. I have had a look into the detail of your order placed on the 13th of December, please see summary below. Your order has been placed with us at 8:29am on Wednesday Morning and dispatched from our warehouse at 9:43am with Royal Mail 2nd Class post which was selected at checkout. This service offers a delivery confirmation once your parcel has been delivered or attempted to be delivered. Please allow extra time around the Christmas period for post to arrive, Since it can take a little longer to process through the Royal Mail network.
