“Messaged Bofi about a problem I had after the mid pipe I ordered was to short for the 330mm decat even thought it stated it would work. I asked if they could get it shipped for delivery the next day, to which they said if I ordered quickly they might be able to process it before Royal Mail arrived. They held up Royal Mail and stopped them from leaving until they had processed my order, unbelievable effort from Bofi!”
