Crosstrainer zodanig beschadigd dat hij niet gemonteerd kan worden. Gezien de gaten in de verpakking, kennelijk tijdens het transport. Gemeld met foto's erbij. Wacht nu op reactie hoe dit af te handelen / op te lossen.

Well made heavy bike. Disapointed with the noise made when tension put on, very noisy high pitched squeal. Not what I expected for a circa £500 bike. No response from customer service re this problem. Not impressed. Would not recommend.

Sehr gute Qualität und schnelle saubere Lieferung. Eine App oder ein YouTube Channel für Übungen wäre aber hilfreich da es für Anfänger sehr viele verschiedene Einstellungen gibt und man sich da erst zurecht finden muss.

Its a great machine but it came damaged and ripped from both handles. Some screws don't screw in like they are supposed to so a bit wobbly. Over all it does what its says it does.

Not that many exercises on chart and they leave Mark's from board. (Painful prints on hands). Also exercises make no use of foot marks. Makes no sense. Can't seem to change time of exercise program, other than to restart via board and auto function can only operate from watch. Where's blue tooth? Left disappointed 😥

I placed the order in March knowing that there was a delay until the end of May, this was moved to mid June & the couriers were slow off the mark at best, this was obviously out of Bluefin's hands. When the X-Trainer & bike arrived I built them up & was generally pleased with the build quality & silent operation of both, however the instructions for the use of both only very loosely cover 2 sides of the manual. There is only a cursory mention of half of the modes that the equipment has & no instructions for use with the app with no Bluetooth instructions either. Support is only via email & can take several days to actually get an answer, which inevitably raises more questions than it answers due to the lack of instructions.

Ordered product in April 2020, middle of lockdown, told delivery May 28th, fine , understandable, then had email saying delivery was delayed until 15th June, okay, had email from Royal Mail saying delivery was in system, had same email from UPS. 15th came and went. Ypu cant call them as theres no phone number, emails were taking days to get a reply from. Turned up a week after 15th via UPS. I fully understand the difficulties during COVID-19, but ,the complete lack of clarity on the delivery side was terrible. The item.itself is fine, parts of it are flimsy, but overall fine

Very good and easy website But i still haven’t received my ordered after 8 days and the courier has yet to process or update the tracker with an expected delivery date

Sul sito e nel video dicono che il motore è da 1000 watt, ma invece è da 200, ho scritto per avere spiegazioni ma non ho ancora ricevuto nulla, inoltre non è chiaro come attivare la garanzia

Ravie de cet achat. Le seul bémol c est que le manuel d utilisation est très bref et manque d infos pour les novices. Une fois le programme lancé impossible de modifier quoi que ce soit sauf marche/arret😣.un peu déçue de ce côté!

The item we bought is great but they need to get there delivery sorted out we waited a week for an item that had 24hrs delivery on it .

Habe seit kurzem die 3D, leider hat sie nicht so viel Power wie die slimm ist aber dafür größer, wenn sie mehr Kraft hätte wäre ich voll zufrieden so nur 3 Sterne

Bought the 3D model. The vibration is not that intense it cycles through different vibrations. Directions don’t tell you much. Would like it if it would stay on a particular vibration and itensity consistency.

Hallo Bluefin Team, das Gerät wurde schnell und anstandslos geliefert. Besonders freue ich mich über die manuellen Einstellungsvariationen. Wir die vertikale Vibration nicht genutzt ist das Bord ein wenig kippelig. Auch sollte es möglichst zentral belastet werden um ein Kippen über die lange Seite zu vermeiden. Das Toch-Display wird oft ungewollt mit den Füßen bedient. Die Fernbedienung ist sehr übersichtlich undnleicht zu bedienen. Bei den Übungsbeschreibungen fehlt teilweise der Bezug zur passenden Vibrationsart. Über die Tubes werden die Vibrationen nicht spürbar übertragen, sie sind trotzdem für die Übungsvariation zu gebrauchen, nachdem sie etwas verkürzt wurden. Der Sound könnte etwas mehr BASS aufweisen. Es fehlt der Hinweis für Frequenzen, die mit bestimmten Organen in Resonanz geraten könnten und wie man dies vermeiden kann. Insgesamt bin ich zufrieden.

After only a couple of days I can not comment on the longer term technical quality of the board. So far it works well, doesn't make a lot of noise and is easy to work with. The power cable is too short and the manual is very short and its translation into German pretty poor, made by an automatic translator. I would have expected more information about exercises and how to use the different modes of the board with these exercises. A DVD or a simple link to a web tutorial would have done the job and delivered more value.

The product is what I wanted unfortunately the courier you use DPD let you down I left instruction for my product to be left in the shed as I wasn’t going to be home I received an email saying it had been signed for by Stockdale no idea who that was I went round all my neighbours they didn’t have it I then spent 1 hour on hold to DPD who informed me that it had been delivered to a completely different address I went round to that property to which no one was home later that evening there was a knock at my door a lady brought my parcel to me I thanked her obviously but she informed me the delivery driver forced the parcel on her 80 year old mother who insisted it wasn’t her parcel she doesn’t order from the internet as she doesn’t have internet and added that it wasn’t her name on the parcel she was forced to sign for the parcel and was left very upset I was stuck for words when the lady (her daughter) told me this I will not use or order anything which gets delivered by DPD again
