Quick delivery but due to how dirty the vibration plate was, i had to check to see if it was really new. After turning it on, it worked but the right hand side makes very strange noises. Time will tell how long it takes to break.

Very good product but slow to reply to customer concerns and queries. The automated e-mail response says they aim to get back within 24 which hasn’t happened, I feel like I am having to chase them. It may not be the case but it feels like you get one reply a day, if that, even if you are replying to them. I am enjoying the product but finding resolutions to the faults very frustrating

Hi Mark, sorry about that. Looking on the system, I can see we replied within 24 hours to request some further information so I'm very sorry if this didn't get back to you. The support team reply to all queries in chronological order so it depends how many emails are in the queue before your particular email before they can respond. This is the reason for the 24 hour response time being put in place, so we can ensure enough time is given to the team to get through everything. Die Bestellung und der Versand ging super. Das Zusammenbauen des Gerätes wäre einfcaher, wenn auch alle Unterlegscheiben dabei gewesen wäre. Auch ein vorgesehenes Gewinde war nicht eingeschlagen. Ein Rücksendung ist mit zu mühsam. Zur Bedienung: Das ist überhaupt nicht selbst erklärend, insbesondere die eingespeicherten Programme erschließen sich mir nicht. Denn die dann auszuführenden Übungen sind nicht aufgeführt. Im manuellen Gebrauch ist das Gerät sehr gut, vor allen Dingen ist der Motor extrem leise.

Instructions supplied were contradictory re number of washers to use - I supplied the missing 8 myself - Bluefin maintain that these were not necessary and apologised - Instructions did not mention connecting the sensor wires in the upper handles to console - Bluefin said they would update - In summary the machine does what is says, albeit with some shaking to the structure which is to be expected as it is not a 'sturdy' gym type machine - But these would be far more expensive

50 Euro bei Direktbestellung gespart. Wenn man es zurückgeben will muss man mit 30%-40% Abschlägen rechnen, weil das Gerät als benutzt eingestuft wird. Werde darum versuchen die 4D-Vibrationsplatte privat an den Mann zu bringen. Aus diesen Gründen 2-3 Sterne. neu.mokum

Only just received treadmill so far it feels ok. Treadmill does feel a bit flimsy though. If I could return it without loads of hassle I would tbh. The customer service is non existent you have to email and wait 24 hours for a response.

We ordered a treadmill and a vibration plate. The items arrived in a timely fashion. The treadmill's frame arrived bent at the base, obstructing the wheel's movement and causing the frame to scrape across the floor. The treadmill works ok, as long as we don't move it too much and protect the floor. However, it is not ideal. The vibration plate works really well.

Fixing for straps are too weak and became bent on first use. Instructions are too brief and need to better clarify use of intensity levels and what the speed and distance indications mean. Otherwise looks ok but too early to judge effectiveness as a fitness aid.

The cross trainer is ok. The bolts that hold the handle bar post in position keep working loose during use so I find I need to tighten them on a regular basis which is annoying. Overall quality of the cross trainer is ok.

der Kontakt zur Reklamations Abteilung war gut leider jedoch auf Englisch. Leider finde ich keine Trainingsvideos als Anleitung im Internet, wäre kann schon lesen während er auf dem Gerät steht.

It squeaks like mad and barely used it. I like the other functions though just wish it wasn’t so creaky when using it thought quality be a lot better.

Device has a mistake, Bluetooth is not available. However Support was kindly, fast and good, i accepted a 10 % refund offer.

Recently purchased the Bluefin slim vibration plate. Overall very good, easy to use however, the anchor points and metal clips for the resistance cords are not strong enough and bend very easily after first use so am wedging them under the plate to try to stop them bending too much out of shape as the clips don't stay on when pulling them up - I'm not that strong!!. Also, some exercise videos to follow would be extremely useful as the book is not that helpful while trying to balance and read it on the plate.

Hey Mike, thanks for the feedback. Sorry about the anchor points/clips - the silver eyelets underneath the plate are stronger than the black ones if you haven't tried them. We're looking to introduce videos in 2021 as this has been noted by several customers, so keep your eyes peeled. Regards Ella

product said in stock but then took 2 months to arrive as apparently it was a pre order item as was not in stock!!! cross trainer is not whisper quiet as advertised but can do a good workout on it.

Overall the machine is okay and does a job, but would not go overboard to say it’s great. Console for me is the most disappointing aspect. It looks and feels cheap and plastic not quite what I would expect from something costing in the region of £500.00! If you rest an iPad on the console like it states you can you cannot see the program screen so you have no idea how far you are in your program. There are no speakers and the app the manual suggests to install is shockingly disappointing. You cannot save your results anywhere on the app or the console so you have no idea how you are progressing and so far I have not been able to fathom how one can save each user’s info. It has to be reset and entered every time even though the manual suggests you should be able to program for 5 users. For me not that much of an issue as I have an Apple watch which has an app that I can set to monitor the workout and my heart rate etc but does not capture information from the machine. I am either missing something from what was offered on the website to that which I have received or the sales pitch is deceptively misleading.
