“Stella drove us around London and to Hampton Court Palace. She is super-knowledgeable and quite a delight. She was very conscientious and accommodating with my disability. I hope to one day return.”

“Both of our tours were excellent. Stonehenge and Salisbury on the way to Southampton and Windsor on the return trip. Both drivers were knowledgeable, friendly, and on-time. We thoroughly enjoyed working with your firm. The scheduling and information about pick up etc. were helpful, and relieved us of any concerns or worries.”

“We had an excellent tour! Very professional and friendly. Our guide was SUPER knowledgeable not just about the major sites, but also gave insights and history to lesser known places. We had a great time with him and he was very kind to drop us off at the end of our tour near Portobello Road — which he also gave some insights and recommendations for where to shop/eat etc. I have recommended Black Taxi Tours to all of my friends and family who travel to London and they also have very positive experiences. Love the Black Cabbies—they are the best resource in London for everything!!”

“Graham was fantastic on a full-day tour. He tailored our tour to our request while making sure we saw all the major sites. He was on time for pick up and highly knowledgeable and personable. On another tour of the British Museum he made sure we got to see up close all of the major finds and exhibits. Just a great day at the museum. Pauls led us through the Westminister abbey, helping us see and understand the wonders and history found there. We have nothing but good to say about this tour company.”

“Steve Kendall was a wonderful surprise! Informed, reliable, and helpful! Because we had seen many of the iconic sites of London on past trips, Steve took us off the beaten path to places he thought we’d enjoy after quizzing us about our interests. He was very generous with his time. We were, and are, very impressed and grateful for the experience! Highly recommended!”

“My family went on the Bridgerton Tour with John, and I cannot say enough good things about it. John was amazing and customized the tour perfectly to our needs. He was knowledgeable, personable, and entertaining. I am so glad we decided to do this tour, and we will be requesting him the next time we visit London.”

““If you are sitting in Richard Karby’s black taxi touring London and its surrounding famous sights, you are a very fortunate person! It is an absolute pleasure and a treat to have Richard guide us through the sights! He took us to Stonehenge and Windsor Castle with our two young kids, 10 and 7 years old. He made the long drive from London to Stonehenge in the wee hours of a Saturday morning very entertaining by sharing his amazing and impressive knowledge of British Royal history and London itself. We spent 12 hours with him and he made sure that our experience is a memory of a lifetime. Our kids greatly enjoyed his humor, and my husband and I loved learning and appreciating UK history through Richard’s eyes. He timed every part perfectly and made sure we get a glimpse of local life in the English country side - we had a lovely lunch at the most adorable Inn near Stonehenge. Thank you Richard for sharing an amazing Saturday with us and we look forward to revisiting London with you upon our return!””

“Tim was outstanding, he is incredible and knows London like the back of his hand, his knowledge of history is astounding, yet he’s happy to answer all questions, he takes photos along the way on the tour, even has props! Worth every penny. When we return, we’ll request him. YES, he was that good!”

“Black Taxi Tour London really saved me during my 6 hour layover! I was able to take the Heathrow Express Train (~20 minutes into the city) and meet my driver, Simon. Simon was awesome to work with and made the tour very fun and interesting. He was able to show me all of the main parts of London within the 3 hours we had together and got me back to the train station with plenty of time before my flight. Abigayle was also wonderful to work with behind the scenes. She answered all my questions and got me scheduled on a last-minute tour the day before my flight. Would highly recommend this company if you are looking for an easy way to see London with a limited layover time, or if you are in the city and just want someone to show you around! Will definitely be using them next time I am in London.”

“Amazing group of individuals- Angela who takes all the calls and responds to all emails quickly and efficiently was a pleasure to deal with and extremely informative. Last minute I needed a driver and I was able to get one and his name was Steve he was truly a pleasure -was able to make our experience an unforgettable one and went beyond what I expected . Was a true delight ! Will highly recommend this taxi service and their crew !!!!!”

“I searched for a private and custom tour for my group. I had already booked with another company.. but really wasn't happy with the level of customer service or the automated responses. I found Ray and Angela at Black Taxi Tours in the final days before our vacation. I told them what we wanted, they made it happen, we canceled the other company, and hired Ray and his team. Best decision! We had a 10-Hour/One-Day Tour was . It was Great. and I got all the accolades from friends and family for planning the perfect London vacation.”
