“I started planning and reserving Black Taxi tours weeks before we arrived in London. Everyone I dealt with by email was very helpful and patient with all my questions. On the actual day of our tour the taxi drivers were very knowledgeable and entertaining. They made the most of our very limited time in London. Highly recommend and will use them again. Thanks guys!”

“We were so happy we’d booked with Black Taxi Tour London. Our guide Ray was so friendly and worked with us especially as I have mobility issues. Ray made sure that when I needed to sit we had optimal views and he has an extensive knowledge of Windsor Castle that he shared with us, he really made our day so enjoyable. “What a fabulous time we had thanks to Black Taxi Tour London! Ray was our driver for an amazing day exploring the city of Bath, enjoying a wonderful lunch, and then experiencing the inner circle of Stonehenge...simply magical. We enjoyed a beautiful ride through the English countryside with Ray as our driver and guide. He was so accommodating to us, quite delightful, as well as incredibly entertaining, knowledgeable, and insightful. Angela, who made our arrangements was also quite helpful in every way. When we're able to return to London, we will certainly be reaching out to Black Taxi. Highly recommend! 😁”

“We had an amazing time in the Cotswolds with our guide, Ray Winstone. He was absolutely fascinating and entertaining. We especially enjoyed the picturesque ruins of Minster Lovell Hall. Ray even saw that my friend got her mobile back safely after she accidentally left it in his taxi. Thanks again.”

“What a blast we had with our guide Steve on our Beatles tour. Visiting Abbey Road was a bucket list item checked off with Steve taking fun pictures of our walk in the Beatles footsteps. He also introduced us to the blue plaques of London (a good name for a rock band?) and it was so exciting to see the places where so many famous people lived and worked. At the end of our tour, Steve parked his black taxi and walked us to a highly recommended restaurant for a meal of authentic British fish and chips. Who could ask for more? We would love to tour more of London with Steve.”

“We had an amazing tour of the Cotswolds with Ray of Black Taxi Tours . It was our first time visiting so we left it up to Ray to put together a day in the countryside for us and he really delivered a fantastic tour! We stopped at three different towns each with their own unique charm. We saw filming spots from Downton Abbey and the inspiration door for Tolkien. Ray even arranged for a lunch stop in a local restaurant, and it provided a wonderful atmosphere serving great food. And then there is Ray himself...a knowledgeable, personable guide with a great sense of humor. It was the perfect tour! Thanks Ray!”

“David was wonderful. We had an amazing tour and he catered it to what we wanted to see. We stopped at a few of the big spots but we don’t like the big crowds so he took us to see the London’s Roman Amphitheatre that was found in 1988. I would highly recommend this tour company.”

“Grant was amazing. Not only did he show us all the major sites but he gave us a quick history lesson, answered our questions and snapped photos of our family at all the major sites. He went above and beyond at the beginning and end of our tour. Our train from France was delayed by 2 hours so he waited to pick us up later and modified our pick up from our hotel to the train station. He was a great communicator using WhatsApp to keep in touch with us as we made our way to London. At the end of our trip we had a stressful situation trying to get the key to our Airbnb and he spent extra time driving us to multiple locations, literally driving in circles, and after spending an extra 30 minutes with us deposited us at a hotel and went in to speak to them to let them know our situation. He was a calming presence, aimed to serve us and took great care of us. Needless to say, Grant not only was a wonderful tour guide but a wonderful human being. I would 100% recommend Grant to anyone. He checked in the next morning to make sure everything had worked out for us.”

“Ricky was excellent guide and we throughly enjoyed our time with him. He was very knowledgeable and know many ppl around town where we went around showing how nice he is with everyone locally. He gave extra time to explain things and was thoughtful to to my 2 teenage sons. We chose James Bond theme tour but he added some extra things in as he though boys will enjoy it which is a very lovely personal touch. Traffic was light so we went through our itinerary quicker than our time allocation but he didn’t try to end it early but took us to an extra spot so we get the full time. Ricky was super polite, great conversation and just very fun to be around!”

“Truly Amazing day with Steve Kendall from Black Taxi Tour - Rock 'n' Roll Road Trip. We saw homes and famous landmarks of some of the UK biggest Rock legends. Steve did not skip a beat, he was so knowledgeable and such a pleasure to spend a day with. What a blast. He also took incredible pictures of us, that we will treasure for a lifetime. “If you have the time and budget, take this tour. Barry, our guide and driver, informed and entertained us while catering to our individual interests. It was the first trip to London for one of our group and another had been to London over 100 times. We all learned something new during our enjoyable afternoon.”
