“Davis was a fantastic guide, and this was everything we had hoped it would be when booking. We did the Classic London sightseeing tour (four hours). David's enthusiasm for and knowledge of London really elevated our experience. Per our request, he cut out a couple of the stops that we had visited the day before on our own (Tower of London and Westminster Abbey). He added a couple that were very interesting and not something we would have visited on our own (Roman Amphitheater, Guild Hall). He even showed us the Church where William Penn was baptized- knowing we were from Pennsylvania. He really customized the tour to us. If you are considering doing this, I would definitely recommend it- I'm not sure there is a better way to see London.”

“We didn’t have a lot of time to visit the city, but Black Taxi worked with us so that we could at least get a taste of London during our lengthy layover at Heathrow. Paula was a wealth of information and she worked hard to get us to as many sights as possible. We were really pleased. Just make sure to allow yourself at least 3 hours before your flight to be back at Heathrow.”

“I did a Cotswolds tour with Richard, the best guide I've ever had! He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I learned so much during the trip. He took me to all the places I requested and added some extra stops in Yarton and some fascinating roadside attractions. Thank you very much Richard and Black Taxi Tour London for making it such a truly memorable day! Highly recommended!”

“We went on a London tour and it was fantastic! Rob was amazing and really friendly. It was me, my mom, and my 9-year-old son, and he was very attentive, especially to my son Christian, explaining things well. Highly recommend this tour!”

“Lots of traffic (which we realize is not your fault) made to tour very long. Also thought it would be a bit more interactive. For example we did walk walk into abbey road studio, there was scaffolding at their flat so we couldn’t get a picture of the landmark sign. Guide was incredibly nice and knowledgeable”

“What a brilliant time we all had. Had our overseas teams over and we booked 9 taxis to give us a guided tour - we had the best time. All the drivers were super knowledgeable and we all learnt a lot about London. Thoroughly recommended this trip. Customer service was excellent, Angela was brilliant from start to finish and spoke to Keith in advance to explain what we wanted so we agreed in advance. We had a last minute taxi request and it was no issue at all and all resolved within a day.”

“Best tour of my life! From the very start, Frank took an interest in our whole family. He inquired about our hobbies and interests, and catered to them by taking us to relevant locations. At each place we passed - pubs, churches, hotels, and palaces - he told us fantastic stories that illuminated the rich history and culture of London.
