“Thank you Angela for sorting us a bespoke tour at short notice. Only had a two hour gap in our original plans. ( had tickets originally to visit Buckingham Palace but everything changed due to the passing of our beloved Queen). Steve our driver was excellent, fun and had a brilliant personality . He done a royal theme tour, making up for what we had originally planned. Had used your company many years ago and everything was exactly as I had experienced before: professional, reliable, value for money and excellent customer service from the start to the finish. Won't leave it so long to use you again. Thank you.”

“We had two great days with Black Taxi London! Our driver Paul picked us up at the airport and we jumped right into touring. Paul was very accommodating and was able to navigate to several sites. We also stopped at local restaurants for amazing food. Highly recommend this company!”

“Great company to use for booking a tour! Frank (our driver) was absolutely awesome! He picked us up from the airport since we had an early morning arrival and we hit the ground running. We did the London highlights tour. He took us to places we would not have known to go to and took short cuts to avoid traffic which allowed us to see more, in the time we had. We made it in time to see changing of the guards which was awesome! He really knew his stuff! He then picked us up the next morning and took us to a handful more locations in London that we had missed prior to driving us to Stonehenge and then on to the Southampton port. He was knowledgeable, kind, flexible and attentive to our needs. We will definitely look him up when we visit next time!”

“Best day of our monthlong holiday in the UK 🇬🇧! Our driver/tour guide, David was top notch-couldn’t have asked for a better guide to show us around. “I wanted to take a moment to let you know just how impressed we were with Anthony and the tour. He was so friendly. He made the tour very very interesting. I have to admit that it was my daughter that wanted this tour as this is an interest to her not me. By the end, however, I have to say I was absolutely intrigued. He told their stories and made me feel like I was a part of their lives. As we went on we passed some of the larger groups and just listening to how they were being conducted I was even more pleased that we decided to go this route. Anthony made it so much more personable. If ever given the opportunity to come back to London I would love to have him as a personal tour guide. I honestly say I will highly recommend his tour to many friends back home. I also wanted to say that at the end of the tour he took us to a Gin Brewery and was given a little extra history on Gin and the roll it played in the lives of so many in White Chapel during Jack the Ripper. I have to say he truly went above and beyond all expectations. Absolutely amazing!! Again thank you and take care Teressa and Emily xx”

“The 4-hour black taxi tour was the highlight of my trip to London. I planned it for the last day, and Barry listened to all the places I had already seen. Then he asked what I hadn’t seen and added a bunch of fun spots from his own experiences. His stories were great fun, and I learned plenty about both important and trivial but fascinating English history!”

“We had a short day trip to visit London. Hired Black Tax Tours and had an amazing day!! Saw more sites and highlights than we could have ever imagined. “Our flight landed almost 2 hours late and we had 2 hours to catch the train. But our Driver/Guide (Steve) did a great job of cramming in as much of London as possible. It was a whirlwind tour but memorable none the less.”

“Very knowledgeable drivers who take pictures of your group at every site. We had a slight problem with retrieving our photos(technology). It was taken care-of immediately by Angela(office) and Moses our driver. It was our first time in London. We were able to see all of the places on our list plus more unusual sites. We had a fantastic time and felt we had made a friend with our driver Moses. Do not hesitate to use Black Taxi Tours!”

“My family took two tours with Black Taxi Tour London and they were both amazing down to the last detail. We did the 4-hour classic sightseeing tour with David and the 11-hour Stonehenge and Bath tour with Tim. Both David and Tim are true gentlemen and expert guides. They felt like part of the family and knew exactly how to make the tours perfect. From arranging special things for the kids to taking pictures of our family throughout the day, then sending the pictures to us afterwards, they made it fun, easy, educational, and memorable. Additionally, Angela answered all of our booking questions and made the process seamless. BTTL earns the absolute highest recommendations I can provide. Their tours are a source of joy and will provide us with a lifetime of wonderful memories.
