“I love my beautiful wooden glasses (already had a couple of compliments while wearing them!) Great service and communication from start to finish - I have a bit of a complicated prescription and they emailed to discuss; my only query would be maybe they could have provision on the website, when ordering, to specify e.g. prisms rather than adding it on at the subsequent email stage. But it was all very fair and professional, and the glasses were perfect when they arrived, with a lovely eco-friendly case and cleaning cloth. It's important to me to know that my things are ethically sourced and Bird are excellent on that score too.”

“This is my second purchase from Bird Eyewear. I bought some sunglasses a while back and I was so pleased with them I decided to give their prescription glasses a try. I am thrilled with them! They look great, the blue-light filter is excellent, and the prescription is spot on. They were delivered promptly with good communication throughout. Best of all, they are environmentally friendly and made in Exeter. Absolutely fantastic - thanks to all at Bird Eyewear!”

“Great shades, good fit, they seem very well made with a pleasing weight to them. I’ve yet to use them in the bright sunshine but am convinced they will be up to the job. Why can’t everything be made from recycled materials?! Oh and the case is very cool, loved the cork! I strangely felt very impressed with the packaging too…! It all feels like a very well thought out package. Wonderful…”

“Delivery was prompt and my first pair although well made unfortunately did not fit my face so I was guided to choose an alternative and at no regard of price difference was offered a replacement to be sent out which again arrived quick and the new pair are perfect well made and have all the accessories to keep them safe and clean all while helping the environment get your bird(s) on ! 😎 Great customer service from Sian thank you team Bird will buy again and recommend”

“It's my second pair of Wren reading + pc glasses. Always perfect and delivered in recyclable packaging. Always happy to share a bit of reframing :) They get a comment wherever I go. About the frame, case or cleaning cloth. How lovely is that! So I get to tell your story from many angles. I also go up to the window and show them to my resident wren bird couple. They love them too. Well I think all that bobbing up and down is a good sign anyway.”

“My beloved lair of Birds had a bit of an accident recently (my son fell on my face from some monkey bars!). I posted them off to Bird and they repaired them for a fee - they’re now better than they were before and I couldn’t be happier!”
