I love my beautiful wooden glasses (already had a couple of compliments while wearing them!) Great service and communication from start to finish - I have a bit of a complicated prescription and they emailed to discuss; my only query would be maybe they could have provision on the website, when ordering, to specify e.g. prisms rather than adding it on at the subsequent email stage. But it was all very fair and professional, and the glasses were perfect when they arrived, with a lovely eco-friendly case and cleaning cloth. It's important to me to know that my things are ethically sourced and Bird are excellent on that score too.
