“Great service”

“I love these well-made, neat, practical, stylish sunglasses so much but my absolutely favourite thing about them is they make a size for smaller faces - I have struggled all my life to find nice sunglasses which fit me, and birds smaller size are perfect!”

“I bought a pair of Kaka honey prescription glasses in May 2022, off the back of the sustainability ethos promoted by the company. They broke after a year - one of the arms fell off. I contacted the company but, nearly 3 months down the line, they have still not been formally repaired, the temporary repair we completed at home has failed and I have consequently ordered a new pair from another supplier. I absolutely will not be back to order again, which is a real shame as the company's philosophy is excellent, but the product quality and customer service has been poor. I'd upload a photo if I could, but apparently that function isn't working for me either.”

“Good prompt delivery. The glasses themselves are ok, and the case is very nice but I'm disappointed with the colour. I did expect a pure brushed aluminium finish, these appear to have some kind of dark grey metallic coating on them.”

“My third pair of Bird sunglasses, Tawny ‘reef’, are just as gorgeous as the others - I particularly love the colours and that the lenses aren’t too dark. My others are Kaka ‘honey’, which are probably still my favourites though. It’s a pity that they don’t seem to come with the little black drawstring glasses bag and cloth inside the cork case any more, as I think those have helped to keep my other glasses in pristine condition - the new ones were cheaper, however…….”

“I've been after some Birds for a while. Always looking and putting in my basket and then deciding against it. Then one day I just went for it, they're ace. A nicely made beautifully presented pair of glasses got the Kaka in Olive frame after lots of deliberation - some other similar frames would definitely be worth having too! Sadly Royal Mail delivered to the wrong address but after one email a replacement was sent out. Couldn't be happier with my new glasses!!”
