“The items ordered were shown as in stock but at no point during the ordering process was there any indication of an eta so I telephoned and was told two to three working days so having placed the order on a Tuesday, expected delivery by Thursday/Friday but it never arrived until Monday and only then because one of your colleagues upgraded the order to next day delivery FOC.”
“The product I ordered was delivered within a couple of days of which I am thankful.However, the parcel was left at my door step without me being notified of its presence, as I was at home during that time. It was by chance that I noticed the parcel and was able to take it inside my home for safe keeping. Had the parcel been left on the door step all night it would have been vulnerable to theft. There was a photo of proof of delivery which I would have had difficulty in disproving had I not yet recieved the parcel. The moral to this order is for the delivery driver to confirm with the person that it had been delivered.”

Bikeparts managed to put the correct thing in a package and send it to the correct address in a reasonable timescale.
I can't bring myself to say that this is either good or bad but, in all fairness, they did do what they're supposed to i.e. provide the advertised service in return for payment.

“Ordered the parts and never received them. I did contact bikeparts they said the parts had been held up in transit and to wait a few more days. The parts are still not received so contacted bikeparts and asked for a refund. They replied very quickly and refunded me the full amount that is why I have given them a 3 star. 2 star deducted due to me not receiving the parts, which was a problem with the delivery company!”
“I placed an order on the 7th of June which was confirmed it was picked and dispatched on the 14th in a local depot on the 18th and finally arrived at about 12pm on the 23rd is this normal.”

“I had bought a kryptonite chain and u lock mini.
The chain I'm happy with but the u lock was clearly used there were multiple dents in the rubberised cover, one of the keys would only turn part way and was cut differently at the tip which is a major security issue. The label was tattered and looked used, this appeared to be the grease inside the unlock. No one will ever convince me this was was used and returned the packaging was already open at one edge.
I returned this u lock and they sent me another one which appear to be in a better condition and so far I'm happy with it!”
