“Not great. Kits take a long time to arrive, delivery time only ever estimated. We tried Avec with a view to changing suppliers but first order arrived with a pluck and a stain so we’d question quality control and we’re still waiting for somebody to get back to us on how to resolve the issue. They seem to have a really nice range of training wear but the process of ordering is a bit let down. Has shown us the grass isn’t always greener.”

Hi Steven, Sorry to hear you hadn't received your order. Upon investigation it looks like DPD were instructed to deliver your parcel to your local Collection Point, which your parcel has been held there for collection. DPD should have informed you that your parcel was ready for collection, so we apologise if this hasn't been the case.

“Jacket arrived in a timely manner, although with a hole in the pocket (sewing not finished correctly) contacted Avec who immediately said return it and they would replace...good service and prompt reply to e-mails just frustrating and inconvenient having to return it.”
