“My order was delivered to a local shop and the delivery was incomplete? I've contacted avec asking where the shirt is? I've been charged for it but I haven't got it? They appearing to be ignoring me? I'd like the shirt or a refund ASAP. It's only a cheap shirt but it not the point. Poor customer service on my 1st and probably last order. Just to add, the items I did receive are good quality great value for money.”

We apologise if this has not been received. The item has been refunded for you. In regards to delivery, we'll take this up with DPD, as this isn't something we have requested.

“Not great. Kits take a long time to arrive, delivery time only ever estimated. We tried Avec with a view to changing suppliers but first order arrived with a pluck and a stain so we’d question quality control and we’re still waiting for somebody to get back to us on how to resolve the issue. They seem to have a really nice range of training wear but the process of ordering is a bit let down. Has shown us the grass isn’t always greener.”
