“The first pair of shorts I ordered were not the colour that I was expecting. I therefore informed Avec and I have to say the aftersales service was absolutely fantastic. They apologised because I was not happy and offered to replace the shorts with a differnt style, colour and size, which they did straight away and at no extra cost. A very nice gesture and I will certainly not hesitate to buy from Avec again.”

“Great customer service, had an issue with an item being out of stock in the colour ordered, Avec provided me with options and quickly resolved the issue, received my order the next day. Great fit, looks & quality will be ordering again.”

“Order some sleeve socks which I missed deliver for (even though I was in, I don’t even believe DOD knocked) so these were returned to retailer. Contacted retailer who advised that as soon as these were returned they would send straight back out the next day which is exactly what they did. 10/10 for service and the sleeve socks are great too.”
