“Straight forward enough to return in the end for an exchange, but I would have prefered to see return instuctions inside the package. It took a real hunt around the site -not obvious for a common action. Exchange was processed and dispatched very quickly.”

“Received my order from Avec Sport slightly later than anticipated due to a courier mistake. Avec sport responded promptly and professionally and immediately sent a replacement order despite it being a courier error. Very pleased with my order and Avec sport.”

“I ordered 3 coats and a hat for the football team i coach and I was very impressed with the quality and sizes, they were very good quality and the fit was perfect. Even the logo on the coats were very good. My only gripe was that the writing on the logo itself could not be put onto the coats. I have had logos done before from other companies and they have managed to get the writing on, but this is only a minor disappointment. Overall the coats were fantastic and brilliant quality and I wouldn't hesitate to order from Avec again. Many thanks👍”

“Service and Delivery Brilliant would have given a 5 but couldn't get socks to match the shirt and shorts as they are being discontinued which was a shame - But will use again”

“Jacket arrived in a timely manner, although with a hole in the pocket (sewing not finished correctly) contacted Avec who immediately said return it and they would replace...good service and prompt reply to e-mails just frustrating and inconvenient having to return it.”

“I ordered four items and I am generally happy with them. While I was waiting for delivery I received an email saying the order was "cancelled". I emailed back to query this (it was easy to find a contact email address) and I quickly had reassurance that everything was ok. So the customer service was very good.”

“The box that came was very damaged which was a bit of an annoyance but the products where completely fine. Although the yellow body fit fits a lot tighter than the black even though they are the same size but the black is a perfect fit.”
