“Not entirely happy with the quality of football's I purchased last week. Don't seem to inflate very well. I have purchased an electric pump to see if that helps inflate to recommended standard.”

Hello Matthew, I've tried to get in contact with you regarding the issues you have faced with our footballs. Since launching our footballs in Spring last year we haven't had any issues with the balls not inflating. “My order was delivered to a local shop and the delivery was incomplete? I've contacted avec asking where the shirt is? I've been charged for it but I haven't got it? They appearing to be ignoring me? I'd like the shirt or a refund ASAP. It's only a cheap shirt but it not the point. Poor customer service on my 1st and probably last order. Just to add, the items I did receive are good quality great value for money.”

We apologise if this has not been received. The item has been refunded for you. In regards to delivery, we'll take this up with DPD, as this isn't something we have requested.

“Hi I ordered a shirt to be printed with number and Name - While the shirt and the printed detail were very good the method to transfer the numbers onto the shirt was very poor While heat sealing the numbers and name there had not been a barrier between the back of the shirt and the front this meant that the glue/Adhesive wept into the front of the shirt and solidified leaving a harsh abrasive texture making it uncomfortable to wear for sporting activity without a base layer - we tried washing it to see if that would cure the problem but it did not advise is to slip a barrier between the hot press process but this still may leave an abrasive feel at the back of the shirt?? probably best to check the adhesive used on your number supplier as I've never experienced this in 15 years of ordering kits for junior football Good shirt that looked well but due to problems we ruled you out as a kit supplier for our U15 squad Thanks Robert Robert Eades”
