“Please stay clear. Took over a month to get in touch. Very little guidance and contact. Fay Gibbin is unprofessional, unsupportive & unresponsive. I eventually had enough & complained. As a good will gesture I was offered the CAVA course & that was an even bigger nightmare. Completed all my work & handed in. Was congratulated on passing the course. Informed my certificate is being requested. Then received mixed & confusing information about my certificate by Richard Gibbin. After putting in all the hard work, & effort; to date I've not received my certificates by post. I was messed about from the start; neither Fay or Richard Gibbin are responding to my communications. Absolute waste of my time, work & energy all while fighting a diagnosis of cancer & ill health which they were both aware of.”

“Do not study with this online learning provider. The woman who conducts the training called Fay Gibbins is a scammer. She does not provide the training sessions as stated in the Reed course description. You do not hear from her when you send emails to her. She will only respond when she feels like it. I will never study an online course with her again. Avoid like the plaque.”

“A "Does the Job" course (Safeguarding) but I do feel it was very drawn out and some information was completely unnecessary and just added to an overload of information, eg the slide which detailed varying cases that had brought about different Child Protection Acts - complete bombardment of dates! Unnecessary. Overall content satisfactory.”

“I enjoyed my training courses with Avail until my job changed management and we were all enrolled onto a different training provider. Even though the courses were similar I felt that the courses in my new provider were far more in depth provided more slides and far more questions in the final test which I felt was a much better way for me to internalise this important information. But, Avail learning has different courses not available on my new provider which is really good.”
