“We have had two of these drill break on the first 10 holes each. One the hammer went out. The second the motor dies but the little flashlight still worked. Tried 5 batteries. Just bad out of the box. Trying a third. If that doesn’t work then it is the entire shipment of drills this company’s got is bad straight from dewalt. So time consuming to keep shipping things back and then ordering another. I’ll give authorized tool one more chance. They offered a 10% refund off this third one if I call after I ordered.”

“I ordered a package deal of 2 saws. One of the saws showed up damaged. After a few back and forward emails and calls I was informed I could send it all back to them and they would refund my money and I could order again at the new price. (Was on special pricing when ordered), or they offered me $100 refund on a $800 saw.l if I chose to keep it. The part that was broken was over $190 to order from a parts supplier and was back ordered for weeks. I feel that a larger refund would have been offered. Or I could send back the one damaged product and they could send me a replacement.”
