“The rug I received is good quality. However, the rug I received was not the rug I had ordered according to the photo. I ordered what looked like a medium blue rug; what I received was dark gray/navy in colour. The designs on the rug also varied from the photo and were slightly larger. I had chatted with the owner before the purchase to ensure the rug colour was medium blue and she affirmed it was. After I received a different rug, she said the specific rug featured in the photo was a sample that had been sold 'way ago.' 'We use same pictures for slight similar products to save time and energy.'
As an online store, I would think they would show photos of the same type of rug they will send. I had looked a long time for a rug in my preferred colour and was disappointed. I kept the rug as it was 10 foot and would have been difficult to return. I hope the Moroccan weaver received some benefit from the transaction.”

We apologise again for this confusion. But as you may know, handmade rugs are one of a kind, they may have slight differences which make them unique and authentic. In any case, your purchased rug look amazing.

“We bought a large disc wall light. It was well packaged and delivered within a month, as specified. Our electrician is rewiring this light as it keeps tripping our electrics. The sides of the lamp look to be laser cut and are well finished, but the quality of the workmanship on the front is just about passable. There are marks/fingerprints in the finish which I can't remove, but as it will be high up in our stairwell you can't really notice them. I am sure it will look fantastic when we get it back from our electrician.”
